Flat Iron is known for its wide-ranging menu, including its signature 'Flat Iron' steak and rotating board of specials. The restaurant will be located in a Victorian building on Market Street that was previously occupied by a NatWest bank. Work has been done on both the inside and outside of the property to get it ready for the opening.
Fred Smith, Flat Iron's Head of Beef, said: "Our passion has always been to source and serve the highest quality beef possible. Through our focus on secondary cuts, we’re able to make great steak available to everyone. We can’t wait to do this in Cambridge and welcome new guests to the Flat Iron family."
The 120-cover restaurant will offer a unique dining experience, with its signature Flat Iron steak, as well as an array of other dishes available to suit all tastes. The restaurant will also have a bar area, perfect for socialising and enjoying a few drinks.
